Every service case is unique and will receive a "ticket number" to ensure that it cannot go missing and will be monitored without fear or favour, even at times "mercilessly" in the interest of our customers.
We‘re driven by latent self-criticism; we appreciate all external feedback and see ourselves as a constantly learning organisation – even after 30 years down the line. We all know that better is the enemy of good.
